Shipping Instructions
When shipping your sewing machine, follow these instructions to avoid damage:
Use Original Packaging
Retain and use the original carton and foam inserts if possible. If unavailable, have your machine professionally packed to ensure it is secure. Improper packaging may result in damage during transit.
Special Instructions for Embroidery Machines
Never ship an embroidery machine with the embroidery unit attached. Attach the free arm extension bed for support to protect the base plate.
